I attempted to book a 3ac ticket from sonipat to new delhi on 10th oct 2017, an amount of rs 496.24 was deducted from my axis bank, however the ticket was not generated, i received an sms from dd-irctci that " an amount of rs 495.00 deducted against irctc txn id [protected] on 10th oct 2017 This amount is still not credited back to my axis bank account. I have resisted in irctc for railway ticket.My mob no [protected] is verified by verification code at sms. But my email I'd not verified . Because verification cod not got in my email. So send email verification code in my email

I have cancelled my tickets. It is showing my money is refunded into bank PAYUMPP. But i didnt recieved anything yet. Please look into this.
