Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — tickets not booked, amount deducted | |||||
I tried to book a tatkal ticket on 11/08/2017, on dot 10:00 i clicked on book now, i completed all the details within 1 minute, amount got deducted and i got an error that no seats available. I'm not sure, how come within 2 minutes seats will be gone when my account has been deducted and no pnr generated. On top of it it happened twice. First when i tried to book 3ac ticket and second when i tried to book ticket for sleeper. My father was also trying to book a ticket and that happened with him as well. I don't understand how this is possible with so many people. When i tried contacting customer services team the advisor sujeet kumar, was very rude, he was not at all answering what i was saying and was on his own. Didn't provide me any satisfactory answer and was really bad. I'm fuming inside after calling the customer services team. It's really bad and being a daughter of a person who works in railway, i felt like this is not the standard railways would like to put in front of there customers. I'm highly dissatisfied.
