Hi, I've booked a ticket online from the website "https://www.irctc.co.in". When i go to railway station to catch the train then i get to know that my train is cancelled. Booking details are as follows:- Transaction id: [protected] Pnr no [protected] Train no./name: 15631 / bme ghy express Date of journey:15-aug-2017 Date of boarding:15-aug-2017 class: third ac (3a) From:balotra jn (Blt) To:jaipur (Jp) Boarding:balotra jn (Blt) Resv upto:jaipur (Jp) Quota: general (Gn) Date of cancellation:17-aug-2017 13:04:57 hrs Ticket type: e-ticket Cancellation id:[protected] They had not even messaged/emailed me that my train is cancelled. My train time was 11.45 pm. There is no way to go to jaipur after from balotra. If they inform me earlier then i could find another way to go to jaipur. Because of the website's careless behavior, i cannot attend my office next day. My office deducted my salary for that day as well as they are going to deduct total 4 days salary (13 aug to 16 aug) because there is 3 days holiday from 13 aug to 15 aug. And they had already informed us that 4 days leave will be counted if any employee will not come on 12 aug or 16 aug. So i want compensation from the website for deduction of my salary as well as cancellation of the train and also for harassments which i'd to bear on the mid night beacause of train cancellation.
