Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — train coach was missing | |
Udz kurj exp / 19666 Pnr no. [protected] Coach - s09/10 and s09/16 I was travelling with my wife on 06/08/2017, from agc to mba, and we had confirmed tickets with the above mentioned seat and coach number. However, upon reaching at the station the train udz kurj exp / 19666 did not have a coach s09 in it. Even after confirmed tickets we could not travel, due to the missing coach. This is a unacceptable situation, how could railways provide for a ticket number for a coach that is not there in the train. I had missed out on an important occasion in my family and suffered mental distress, as we had a lot of luggage and within those 2 minutes of the trains departure we had to run around at such a crucial age. This is absolute harassment by the railways of their customers. I have been trying to register my complaint from the day of my journey, however on the customer service numbers the operator doesn't pick up or is the call gets disconnected. I demand immediate and appropriate action in this regard along with the refund of my train tickets as well as damages against the mental harassment faced by us. While i m making a any ticket and payment option on debit card with pin option select but SBI card option is not coming on payment time. What's the reason behind it but i don't have any other card.
