Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — train delayed more than 12 hours | |
I have booked tickets for my parents from dehri on sone to delhi dated 03.02.2019. The schedule arrival of train was 04:30 in the morning on 04.02.2019. On same day they have a evening 6:30 flight from delhi to bangalore, bust because of delay of more then 12 hours they missed their flight. Now we have to book new ticket at much higher price. This incurred us a double loss now i want complete refund of my flight ticket. Very pathetic service of indian railways. Was this information helpful? | |
