Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] — very poor service | |||
I am frequent traveller but not agent. As there is no direct train at the comfortable time, i have to book 2 trains tickets to reach my native for one way travel. 1. More than 6 tickets allowed in 1 login. 2. Could not book 2 tickets in tatkal before 12 pm in 1 login. 3. Most imp* if first train is getting late to reach the particular station, i will miss the second train, who is responsible for that. * am missing my train because of railway dept only. * next train should be there to my native - will it be? Or ladies should wait alone in the station for hours and hours. * will i be getting reserved ticket on the next train?? * amount paid to irctc?? * there is no refund facility. Irctc / railway department should get take complete responsibility if a train is late for just 5 mins too. Was this information helpful? | |||
