This is to issue a complaint against the railway e - ticket providing authority for providing wrong information about availability of tickets and wrongfully booking of ticket dated 4/12/2017- pnr no. [protected] in gomti express (12419). Through a media report i came to know that the railways have issued a notification of cancellation of gomti express (12419) from 24/11/2017 to 7/12/2017. I failed to understand why a ticket was issued despite a notification of cancellation of the train for the same period. This has caused a great inconvenience and damage to me professionally and financially. My money has still not been refunded which should have been done immediately. At the first place even my ticket shouldn't have been issued. I need an explanation and an apology for this damage that i have suffered. Please respond as soon as possible.
