We (three ladies) decided to do the above tour from 3/6/19 - 16/6/19. The itinerary promised AC-train, AC-accommodation, AC-tour buses for which we paid Rs 37650 PER PERSON. The tour was pre-poned by 3 hours on 1/6/19 but the train arrived 3 hours late at the boarding point. By day 2 of the tour, the toilets were not usable since it was unclean and there was no water. The tour manager did not know any information about the tour. The hotels were pathetic - no AC, no proper beds, no clean linen, no hot water, no place for luggage and movement, no locks & no curtains at times (safety risk). The breakfast & dinner were mostly uncooked and lunch was fried packaged food worth Rs 10 and a cool drink worth Rs 10 (some of them beyond the expiry date) which was useless for travelling in buses for about 8-9 hours on an average. The places we stayed were not as per itinerary and flimsy excuses were made. The managing staff was rude and totally non-cooperative even to elder, handicapped passengers and ladies. Many of the staff seemed to have no job except to enjoy a vacation at passengers' cost. Complaints were made to Ashok Parmar who heads IRCTC west zone since day 1 but things just got worse with each passing day. Total mismanagement by TMI to who this tour was outsourced by IRCTC. Facilities provided could not be greater than 15000. The remaining amount almost 22650 should be refunded by IRCTC along with an apology for creating such a bad experience on such a holy tour.
