Indraprastha Gas Limited [IGL] Complaints & Reviews

Today (16th May 2023) two people had come from IGL to complete the installation of my Gas Connection at my residence (T4-1803, Sunworld Arista, Sector 168, Noida).
Out of them, Mr. Rohit (Mobile No. [protected]) charged my wife Rs. 500 for the Gas pipe and for changing the inlet of my stove from the left side to the right side. I understand the IGL does not charge for such services but you may please confirm.

Sir/Ma'am I want to complaint about the gas smell in our street. There is gas smell in our whole Street which can cause harm....

I applied for a new connection on the 6th April. For which I had to subsequently follow up and got the documents submitted two weeks later, because no one from IGL cared to reach out to for the same.

Such a laidback service. I had to later follow up for the next steps as well. No one from the induration team did reached out to me. The payment was done on the 27th April.

I have received a bill for Rs. 2000+ due from July 2022 till now.
Whereas, every 2nd or 3rd-month somebody comes to my house, takes the photograph of meter and I pay the due bill.

Now you are telling me that those bills I have been paying were estimated bills??
This is total scam. Who are those people who enter on your behalf? Why am I receving those bills regularly from you? Why this big bill now?

Complaint Connection Restoration Delays
Instalation of igl gas by digging the pit but digged pit is not filled in despite many call to contractor assigned for digging and picking debris . You are requested to resolve the issue and collect debris and arrange proper cementing of digged pit....

I've visited IGL customer center at shalimar bagh on 24/04/2023 and paid all pending dues upfront. Ticket number - [protected]

1) There was technician visit same day at my house and he asked me for buying restoration equipment from outside. Strange?? as connection is old and they do not have these parts in their inventory. Strange again??
2) Till today[protected], we live in digital era unfortunately IGL is still in stone...

Hi, I applied for IGL gas connection back in Aug 2021 and paid the security deposit as well but till date I have not heard from anyone on my connection status. I have called customer care so many times, every time they say they will forward my complain but yet nothing. Please help to get this connection activated soon....

Igl gas company is installing the gas pipeline by digging the pits and after checking pressure, pits are filled in and connection is given. IGL has dug both sides of Gali No. 32 DDA Flats, Dr. Ambedkar Nagar, Madangir, New Delhi -62 for lying PNG line in December, 2022 but till date the malba dug out is still lying there of every home, which may cause any untoward incident to any person.

Hence, I request you that the Malba lying there may kindly be got cleared immediately to avoid any untoward incident....
