highly irresponsible and delay in Delivery

I ordered on 05th october a watch for my brother in law's b'day who was in Pune
Before making the order i was promised that it will reach him before 13th october
as there was no sign of delivery i called them and they told me that the particular model was not on stock,so why didn't they tell me before making the order
and now my brother in law is starting to chennai for diwali and wont be there in pune...

Late delivery

I made payment by cash on 29.06.09 in the bank.They received it on 01.07.09
The delivery promise was 2-4 business days.Today is 08.07.09 and 6 business days have passed.
When I contacted them they said i should inquire the Courier Company as they have already shipped it.
The delivery status has been changed to 'Completed' even when the I have not received the parcel.
They do not reply to the complaints...

Shipment and Delivery delayed

I have made an order with Infibeam on the 26th of May, 2009. The payment was made via card and subsequently, cleared from the bank. The delivery promise as per the site is 5 to 7 business days.

I have corresponded with them from the 5th working day as the status and delivery traking detail was never updated. I was once told that it will be shipped in 2 days and after 2 days, the following day.

Erratic and rude behavior at the online chat support by the online chat representative
