Dear Sir
I bought 4 IDFC bonds (Tranche-2) & bonds were allotted to me on 21 Feb 2011.Maturity amount for each bond on 21 Feb 2021 is 10800 INR. So for 4 NOS of bonds it is - 43200 INR.
Till date I have not received maturity amount.Contacts nos mentioned on IDFC Ltd website & phone numbers provided by this IVR is of no use .These phone connects me to IDFC bank & since I am not account holder of IDFC bank further talk could not...

Thanks a lot for creating mandate. I received only Rs 21604/- on 08/04/2021 through digital transfer, which is part payment only. Please see the attached Bond Certificate in which I selected the cumulative option at maturity: The details for the purchased bonds should be as follows:

I have been chasing for redemption of the IDFC trance 2 bonds for last 2 months,

1. First they told Cheque has been dispatched.
2. Later they told it has returned and I should fill the details in link.
3. Details was provided but no response.
4. Then I was told to write to einward.[protected]@kfintech.com ...We just get automated standard response there.

Payment not received on maturity of bonds on 21/02/2021

Dear Sir/ Madam,
I had purchased 4 IDFC 8% Cummulative Infrastructure Bond on 21/02/2011 each of Rs.5000/-. Thus I spent Rs.20, 000.00 in purchasing the above bonds, through application no. 61001842

The bonds were matured on 21/02/2021 and I can see the maturity price as Rs 10, 800/- per bond, thus I should receive a total of Rs 43, 200/- in my account.

But its more than 2 months and I have not received...

The IDFC has not credited the redemption amount in my account so far despite complaints lodged on 17th and 22nd April 2021and despite my speed post received by the company on 6th April 2021.I sent them another speed post on 21st April 2021.The postal track of this latest speed post as on 26th April 2021 reads*Item returned. Addressee left without instructions *

I have invested on IDFC Long Term Infrastructure Bonds - Tranche 2 which is matured at 21 Feb 2021.

The matured amount for same is still not received as on 27 April 2021
They have used some fraud courier service (aviral courier) to deliver DD which were never sent to customers and those courier service marked the consignment...

I want to redeem my folio. Forwarded all the required details through speed post..still np revert. I called up at customer care as well. They are simply putting call on mute..
