Irctc — about online purchase ticket through irctc | |||
Sir, i am milan jana, purchased railway ticket through irctc in sbi debit card in pos (Paytym). Purchased ticker on 13/11/2017.. I get msg/email from bank that my account has debited money. I also check balance that money has debited from my account. But i do not get any msg /mail from irctc for any confirmation of purchased ticket. I send an mail their customer... But i do not get any proper response. They always send ticket id. I atleast send mail 10 times. But i do not get proper response. Pls help me. I confused about present status of purchased ticket through irctc. Pls help me Was this information helpful? | |||
