Today through online ticket mode i booked Ticket with following details Name of passenger ; A SANDHYA Date of Journey ;[protected] from; Secunderabad To Nanded ; By Train No. 17058 Amt. debited; Rs. 734.94 SCBVISA CREDIT CARD( by Stanchart Credit Card empowered through ICICI bank--CARD is in the name -A. VINOD RAO Again i booked for second time for the same journey same person as above.i got ticket under PNR no. [protected] Second time Amt debited Rs.734.94. For same transaction Kindly tell me /guide me what i should i do . YOur IRCTC website is not user friendly It is very cumbersome Pl. cmodify to make it user friendly. will your people care for such feed back A.
