[Resolved] Irctc — Cancellation of online ticket | |||
Dear Team, I raised one cancellation for ticket dated :- 29-july-2014 and i raised TDR on the same day as Train was running late by 3 hrs but after one month i received a reply saying that passenger is travelled.. i don't know whether it's a verified update or due to high aging of this TDR they simply mentioned this verbose and close the case.i am continuously following up with customer care dept of IRCTC but they are telling that they don't have details related to that only indian railway will take care and after 1 month i completely understand about care. if any one is there who can help me regarding the cross check of this tdr status then i will be highly greatful for that. i receive one email stating that concern team is taking care of the complain buit after that no one turned up to provide a sol to me.. kindly do the needful and provide sol to me. Indian Railway Catering & Tourism Corporation [IRCTC] customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. | |||
