[Resolved]  Irctc — Extra Deduction on Cancellation of E-Ticket.

Dear sir/madam, <?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /> This is with reference to the cancellation of e-ticket, As per the IRCTC rules there should have been a deduction of Rs. 90 if the cancelation is done in more than 24 hours for 3Tire AC. But instead 25 % of the charge was deducted when the ticket was cancelled even when the cancellation was done less than 24 hrs. Details of the ticket is as follows: Name: Arpita Biswas Age: 28 yrs.
