Irctc — Improper behavior of Ticket Checker | |||
I booked the below attached ticket and it was in waiting list 6. I was not aware that if the ticket is in waiting list i am not allowed to travel in Jan Shatabdi. Than this lady Ticket Checker named "Satya Sethi" came and asked me for my ticket i showed her that in mobile phone. After that she was so rude to me and abused me instead of explaining me the policy in a polite manner and told me to get out of the train in a threatening tone and said otherwise she will cops. I asked her that at least be polite am i frequent traveler however i was not aware about the policy of jan shatabdi. than i changed my train in Karnal. I explained that lady that i have already paid money for that ticket also and there is no refund given back to me from Railways. But she didn't listen to me at all. Is this the right way to talk to the regular customers of Indian Railways ? I am very disappointed from the services received today and didn't receive my money back also. This lady ticket checker even don't know how to speak with customers and behaved in an illiterate way. I am shocked what kind of staff is been appointed by Indian Railways. I accepted that policy but i asked her that please be polite and do not insult but she never stopped. However this is not the right way to speak to the customers. I am sure for one thing that if Indian Railways will not take corrective actions against this complaint i will never travel again in Indian Railways. If Indian Railways really takes care of their customers than please advise. Was this information helpful? | |||
