IRCTC (Indian Railway) — Refund irctc | |||||
I tried to book a ticket using IRCTC website on 22ND MAY 2017. After giving instructions for debiting my HDFC Bank account, it gave message 'payment settled charting under preparation, booking not allowed . However the amount of Rs 2340 /= was debited to my account. After that I have been following with the department for the refund but have not received any answer from them. Transaction I D:[protected] I dont have any idea whether this complaint will reach the desired level but still having no option left after calling number of time to their Delhi office, I have to do so, Please find attached screenshot of irtc message Please help ROHTH [protected] Was this information helpful? | |||||

The seat alloted to me was wet and unhygeine .also the floor was dirty and wet .
