Dear sir/madam, I had booked a ticket from BRC to KUH journey date 5 jul 2016, but the train got late for more than 5 hours (schedule departure at BRC was 5:12 am). I had filed the TDR on the same day at 05 July-2016 9:13 hrs. The status of TDR showing CR repudiate. I was waiting for the train but the train got late so much, so I have filed the TDR before actual arrival of train at BRC (train was late morethan 5 years, please check the at the BRC station). Please help me on this matter. As per rule total amount of ticket should be refunded if the train gets late/delayed more than 3 hours.
