[Resolved] Irctc — Irresponsibility of Ahmedabad Railway Station | |||
Dear Sir, I am Rituraj Singh citizen of India residing in Jaipur, Rajasthan. sir I booked my Tatkal tickets in Delhi- BDTS Garibrath- 12215 from jaipur to Ahmedabad on dated 14/08/14 with PNR No.- [protected] and its reaching time at Ahmedabad was 01:20 am next day and I also booked the tatkal ticket in saurashtra janta exp- from Ahmedabad to Jamnagar on dated 15/08/14 with PNR No- [protected] an its starting time was 2:30 am. so they stopped the Delhi- BDTS Garibrath outside Ahmedabad for 1 and half hour and dropped us Ahmedabad at 02:40 am. we missed our connected train and suffered a lot due to worst arrangement by Ahmedabad railway department. I went to Station Manager of Ahmedabad railway station but she told me that I am helpless and also told me to purchase a new ticket if I have to go to jamnagar. she didn't responded well and I want justice for this. kindly revert me ASAP.
