Irctc — No information regarding platform from which train get arrived | |||||
Booked ticket with transaction id [protected]. Train arrived at bangalore cant station, there was no inquiry booth. There was one display which didn't showed updates about train. There was an announcement regarding platform only 1 min before train left station. Due to which i missed my train. There should be inquiry counters, display boards to provide information regarding train arriving schedule and platform information. And announcements should be made well before train arrives at station so that passengers can reach correct platform and board train. Since this is a fault of indian railways, ticket charges have to be returned. Also, what steps indian railways is going to do improve bangalore cant station services.
