[Resolved] Irctc — non delivery of Quarterly season ticket for mumbai local train | |||
I had booked my season ticket for first class from Kalyan to Dadar on 17 Oct, 2014, as per following details: Name: Richa Sarode Ticket valid from 21 Oct 14 ID card no. 94JSAK105A STR No. : 9588B3I002 I have not received my pass till date. I have been constantly following up with irctc, and the email is just forwarded to the courier agency and there has not been any action till date. I even requested irctc to issue a duplicate pass, but the same was also not heard. I have been travelling with print out of ‘booking history’ from my irctc account and the email communication. Today it was very humiliating for me, when ticket checker asked me for the ticket and I showed her above documents. She still took me to Dadar office and the officers there were asking me only that what action I took if I did not receive my pass till date. It was too insulting for me despite of the fact that I have paid for my travel in advance to Indian railways. I am so embarrassed to take the same train tomorrow morning as all the passengers saw this, and would have thought as if I have been travelling without ticket all these days.
