[Resolved] Irctc — non providing breakfast on 17th morning at Rajdhani 12433 | |
My complaint ref no in Indian Railways :W/SR/MAS/[protected]
Please look into this complaint and take immediate steps to take suitable action against Rajdhani 12433 catering staff and Manager of A2 coach of my PNR[protected], not providing breakfast for all o[censored]s 4 people and selling our b/f parcels to other passengers on next cabin who took the train at previous station, in spite of complaint to TTR and Pantry Manager.
This caused more mental tension and agony and moreover my children suffered missing of their breakfast till 10.00 AM at Agra Contt and we were forced to get down due to 2 hours delay by train at Agra as well as non providing breakfast to us.
Your Management is ultimately responsible for the same and would appreciate if you could confirm the actions against your service catering personnel of A2 coach on that day and confirm your actions asap.
