[Resolved] Irctc — not refunding my money | |||
With reference to PNR No:[protected], I filed TDR on 1.7.2013 (as directed by IRCTC customer care). But the Railway has rejected the claim that "Not Claimed by party" but this is wrong, I have filed TDR on 1.7.2013 (as the train late about 44 hours and later on it was cancelled) then how railway has said that not claimed by party. The railway has given wrong reason as I filed TDR on 1.7.2013 through IRCTC login. I am writing from July 2013 to till now (about 7 times) but IRCTC have not taken any action in this regard. It is again requested kindly refund the amount immediately. It is, therefore, requested that kindly reopen the case and refund the amount of PNR No:[protected] at an early date as about 5 months has already been passed and no refund amount has been credited to my account so far.
