I have done payment on irctc Payment portal on irctc application through upi on razorpay My balance deducted but my ticket not done, Money sent from upi id Pdprakash.[protected]@centralbank to [protected]@icici On date 30 jan 2018 at 22:04pm Transaction id-icif38d4c6664d44a82aeb5faf994e9c5ee I have attached screenshot for that transaction to.
