Irctc — Refund againt cancellation of Train No 12482 (PNR No [protected], date of Journey[protected]

This is to inform you that i had booked the ticket of following details from IRTC and this train i.e. 12482/INERTCITY EXP (which runs Between Shri Ganganagar and Delhi) was cancelled and did not run on the date of Journey i.e. 30-Jul-2015. So, it is implicit as per Railway ticket book rules after Sep-2014 the booking amount should be fully refunded to me. But, this has not happened till date. So, i request you to please look into this matter and facilitate early refund.
