Irctc — Refund for incomplete Transaction | |||
On 27/02/2015 i booked ticket from Saharanpur to Sultanpur and the transaction was not successfully completed for the ticket but the amount is deducted from my ICICI bank account and transaction id is : BIL/[protected]/T Chg Rs10 ST Rs1. 24/[protected] 407.48 please as soon as possible refund my money for this in complete transaction.
