Irctc — Refund still not received | |||||
Never ever book your ticket with irctc. I have booked ticket with irctc, i suppose to travel on 4tht july 2016, but on that day in morning around 10am i got txt msg on my mobile its say train is cancelled so same time i have check my pnr stats on my mobile and shows train is cancel. After that i went to railway station to conform train is cancel or not so also they told me train is cancel. So i have arrange something else to get my destination and on the way i have email to irctc about cancellation of my ticket. So they reply me "on our system train is not cancel". Because train was delay about 5hr from its actual depart. I have shows all proof that i have save on my mobile phone. Still they don't wan't to believe, then i have a send them all pic. After that they have filled tdr for me. Now it's about refund so they email me: 1) We would like to pass one information that if you face any problem in e-tickets like cancellation & online *tdr* filing then you have to send mail to [protected]@irctc.Co.In from registered e-mail id and apart from these query *for booking related general queries like refund, ers, online booking etc. *please send mail to [protected]@irctc.Co.In. Only We hope from the next time you will follow the same. 2) As per the policy framed by railway board, refund is processed by the Zonal railway under whose jurisdiction station of the train falls. Irctc Only provides access to railway passenger reservation system through its Erver and internet connectivity to book the ticket through it. Was this information helpful? | |||||
