Dear Sir i was file TDR against PNR No [protected] Dt 14 may 2014 im writing this mail against mail recd by [protected]@irctc.co.in Dear Customer, With Reference to your PNR No:[protected], we regret to inform you that refund is not admissible as informed by Railways through their letter no : BNE290514V03237 and the reason being : 'As per chart, passenger has travelled' In case you require any further assistance, please mail us [protected]@irctc.co.in With regards, TDR TEAM Sir Passenger was my father & my wife they are still at Jabalpur they never traveled on the date. Although, more than two month have passed there is no any response from irctc.
amid, I send few mail to [protected]@irctc.co.in but there is no response.
Please do the needful.
