Irctc — Tatkal ticket Complaint | |||
I have booked a Tatkal ticket in the name o[censored]dhaya shankar from Mumbai to Madurai today for the date of journey 26/10/2014 in Train No 16339. Although the amount was debited to my Indian Bank a/c but the ticket was not raised due to the server problem. Hence I tried for second time then also same thing happen, the amount was debited but the ticket was not issued due to problem. Hence refund the amount of Rs 1642.48p immediately as the tickets were not at all issued. . Was this information helpful? | |||
