It is requested that before one month I filled TDR online of e-ticket within time due to RAC after chart preparation, status showing &quot;CR Registered&quot; but amount not refund yet. Please solve the matter. TDR detailed are appended below:-

But passenger has not traveled due to ticket in RAC after chart preparation. We have tried for cancelling the ticket but chart is already prepared. So we have filed the TDR on 7th Mar 2015.

TDR is closed by mentioning that passenger has traveled.

Requesting you check &amp;amp; let me know what to do to get the fund amount.

Hello Sir,

We travelled on Amrita Express from Palakkad to Thiruvananthapuram on April 3rd and we booked our tickets on 2nd AC but since there was no compartment for 2nd AC, we were allotted 3rd AC and the TTE told us to file the TDR for difference in fare. We filed a TDR on the next day itself that is on 4th April, but yet to get the refund amount. The status shows CR registered. Kindly do the needful.

Along with the detail But now they says The TDR filed against PNR Number [protected] with reason Train Late More Than Three Hours and Passenger Not Travelled. has been repudiated by the Chief Commercial Manager/Refunds Delhi Zone due to reason As per Eastern Railway; 6 months old data record not traceable.
