The train was scheduledc to arrive at 17:30 hrs but instead it arrived around 02:30 am and so the TDR was filed at 21:00 hrs. But it has been rejected as TDR Team / IRCTC is saying that it was not filed on time. If the train is diverted and late for more than 8 hours how is it possible that the refund will not be given.
