[Resolved]  Irctc — TDR Refund regretted

I had two tdr requests pending with irctc for more than 2 months with pnr no [protected] and [protected]. But I have received a mail by IRCTC as "With Reference to your TDR Filed against PNR No:[protected], for the refund o[censored]nused ticket, we regret to inform you that refund is not admissible as informed by Enhanced Coaching Refund System developed by Center for Railway Information Systems (IT Arm of Indian Railways) implemented in Indian Railways stating '(CNF)TDR TIME OUTSITE LIMIT FOR PNR - [protected]' and the reason being : "TDR was filed beyond the prescribed time limit." With Reference to your TDR Filed against PNR No:[protected], for the refund o[censored]nused ticket, we regret to inform you that refund is not admissible as informed by Enhanced Coaching Refund System developed by Center for Railway Information Systems (IT Arm of Indian Railways) implemented in Indian Railways stating '(CNF)TDR TIME OUTSITE LIMIT FOR PNR - [protected]' and the reason being : "TDR was filed beyond the prescribed time limit." But I had filed the TDR request in time I had also tried to contact them at [protected]@irctc.co.in but no reply from them. Plz do help me in this matter. Thank you
