[Resolved]  Irctc — Train was cancelled but ticket amt not refund

Train cancelled but not refund Train reservation PNR No-[protected], Trans ID-[protected] DOJ- 11.10.2014, Train No-12740 VSKP GARIB RATH from VSKP to SC was cancelled by railway dept due to cyclone"Hud-Hud" on Visakhapatnam. We take enquiry from Station Master at Hyderabad and they comments that the train has been cancelled and refund will be automatically done in your account but till date no any refund.
