My self rajesh prajapati, today on 28.11.17 i booked my tatkal ticket from irctc website for ahmedabad to vapi in double decker train (12932), with internet banking from mobile, 641.00 rupee deduct from my icici bank account also message of deduction of money show on my mobile no, but i have not received ticket,
So then i phone to all irctc customer care in all over india but all phone is as dead or busy up to 2 hours trying to connect them, this is digital india,

What should i do now to get back my money??

I was trying to take train tickets yesterday and day before yesterday, from madgaon to thalassery. But I didn't receive tickets and deduct money from my account 3 or 4 times. Will it be refunded? and if I get how many days to take to receive money back?
