IRCTC/Online Complaint Book — ticket not received and deduct money from bank a/c | |||||
My self rajesh prajapati, today on 28.11.17 i booked my tatkal ticket from irctc website for ahmedabad to vapi in double decker train (12932), with internet banking from mobile, 641.00 rupee deduct from my icici bank account also message of deduction of money show on my mobile no, but i have not received ticket, So then i phone to all irctc customer care in all over india but all phone is as dead or busy up to 2 hours trying to connect them, this is digital india, What should i do now to get back my money?? I was trying to take train tickets yesterday and day before yesterday, from madgaon to thalassery. But I didn't receive tickets and deduct money from my account 3 or 4 times. Will it be refunded? and if I get how many days to take to receive money back?

Dear sir my name is Abdul Gani N Nazarnavar from Hubballi yesterday i am booking for hubli to kalaburgi as on 19 /11/2018.but its not book and amount is deducted.kindly return my amount of rupees 260.049 paise.
