Dear Customer, With reference to your request for refund for PNR Number: [protected] for reason "Difference of Fare in case proper Coach Not Attached.", we wish to inform you that your request for refund has been filed successfully against Reference No: [protected] and this case is being forwarded to the concerned Railway through Enhanced Coaching Refund System (ECRS) introduced by the railway.The refund under this category shall be processed by the Railways under the present commercial rules.
