Amount debit two times for loan recovery with in 4 hours...

I have placed an order on Amazon but later on i cancelled it due to some delivery issues seller has already initiate refund on 20 September 2022 that should be reflected in my bank account on 25 September 2022 but still it is not credited to my account .

Jk bank branch office kangan district Ganderbal is freezed my account without any reason and not attending the phone and mail which I send many times they never attend....

Sir, i hv purchased a vehicle via FINANCE from jk Bank Bandipora (Main Branch) duly insured from Jamkesh Bpr. Nd vl expire on 9/10/2022.bt the said bank branch deducted Rs.9929/from Car loan account on 28/07/2022 taking the plea of INSURANCE AMOUNT.which i hv already done .

Sir I ordered some products from Amazon using JKBANK debit card and later on cancelled the products and the refund was initiated by the Amazon but was not credited by the bank. When I tried to contact the bank, they refused to offer any help. Amazon gave me the RRN [ Refund Reference Number ] but Bank didn't offer any help. The Bank details are;
