I have not opened any account but everyday i ues to receive sms from kotak Mahindra Bank to open account though im not interested in opening any account. So, please take it into your notice and stop sending sms....

I am getting wrong message from kotak Mahindra bank to pay credit card amount but name is someone other and i don't have any credit card from any bank. Please take this action, worst behavior to this bank.
i received 10 more calls and 1 message. i already told, i dont have any accounts in kotak mahindra bank....

I have take a car loan AL [protected] or (icx2718) from kotak bank in July 2011, as per my record i have not only paid full amount also paid excess rs.6210.00 after that kotak bank have issue noc to me. it's shocking that after the issue noc how you can active my loan account and not removing cessory from cibil portal..? i have already write email lot of time as well as write email to cibil as enclosed as per cibil record...

Mentally and financially harassment

I was guided by a lady executive from Andheri branch (Mob-
[protected]) for kotak credit card against a sum of 15000 rupees FD and
booked it. Which results a lock on period of six months of my money and card not
received yet. Moreover, i had changed my address on 06 Mar 21 and applied for
the card on 12 Mar 21, so card should deliver to my new address rather than old
address i.e THANE, Mumbai. Due to banks...

Recovery

I monali Bose want to inform that During covid pandemic I had financial issues and notified the same to the representatives of the bank several times.. But once the amou bounces they charges huge bouncing charges and directly claim the amount without any breakup or notification...the representatives uses abusive language and used social media accounts to harrass me and my aquitances without knowing the actual situation. I have received a credit card last month and i have setup the credential's for that, , Today i have used it for Online Purchase .. But i Got a message from bank that the card is deactivated, .
I Need yo know the details for it and I have to activate it.

On issuing credit card, I was informed that there is no annual charge on the card but i received information in May statement of my bank acount that Rs 1205 auto debited from my account, thogh in April I have talked to customer care personal about the credit card charges, they informed that we are reversing late fees charges but the annual charges have to be paid and on cancellation of card that will be reimbursed....

Fraud and misuse of my pan card

Kotak Mahindra bank is approving loans to a fraudster name - Sulfath Usman under my pan card, I have also raised a complaint in PAn card e filing Ticket ID 43515 under cyber crime, hence please look into this issue and help me to get it resolved...

Collection Calls

Kotak Credit Card has shared their customers number with third part collection organization.
They start calling 10 days before the due date on the pretext of reminder call for making the Kotak card payment.
Even though you tell that you will make the payment before due date they keep on calling. sometimes 3-4 times a day.
They call from landline numbers as well as mobile numbers and they are 10s/100s of different number.br...

811 account closed by bank itself and not returned the existing amount by any mode of transfer till date

My 811 account was closed by bank. After contacting customer care they told they will be sending DD of sum rupees that was present in my account at time of closure. Again after followup they told they don't have proper address so it was not delivered. So I provided the full address. And later I found that customer care is not satisfying my need on call. After that I dropped mail for followup. Still not getting my reply nor my money....

Credit Card fraudulent by the Kotak bank

My Kotak credit is blocked permanently from over an year, I have already made all the dues as per the bank still they are charging me for a blocked card. Is this not a fraud? Over 5000 rs is due as per the bank of a blocked card. When I ask them to mail the complete statement, the bank says talk to customer care. When I call the customer care, they ask for mpin which is not even recognised by me. I have paid over 2 lac rs to Kotak credit...
