I opened my investment account through kotak bank mobile application. It then says that it requires a KYC to be done. I went to my home branch (Rohini Sector-8) & submitted my documents along with the filled form they provided. It's been almost 3 weeks, the bank haven't completed that work which usually takes a day or by max a week. The staff there is so incompetent & neglects the customer's requests. Refund initiated from Amazon.in but not credited in my Bank account

I bought ASICS Men's Metaracer Tokyo Sunrise Red/Black Running Shoes-10 UK (45 EU) (11 US) (1011B075) from amazon on 24th of June 2021

The product which I received dose not matched with Websites images hence I returned the product on 27 June 2021.

Fraud transactions on my kotak credit card

Some fraud transactions happened on my credit card and transactions are saying that "Amazon seller services mumbai" and the total amount they used is 48469 rupees.

Worst service and customer care service not responding

Hi Team,

I totally disappointed with Kotak bank service, this bank was cheating CUSTOMERs and taking extra money..!!my problem was on Jul 5th EMI was deducted than original amount..!!
My EMI original amount - 1103rs
Extra charges - 234.75

What the worst it is, why you guys taken extra amount..!! When i am purchasing I seen EMI cost was 1103rs only but again extra charges taking..!! This is totally fraud...
