I approach lava service center, sealdah to repair my lava iris fuel mobile. My mobile was out of guarantee period. I was demanded rs 100 charge to tell me how much repair cost. Repair cost was high so i did not agree to it. But i have to paid rs 100.
Later l know other mobile service center does not charge to tell how much repair cost.
So kindly look into matter....

Consumers mobile has a network problem. Which is being described as physical damage by service centre dhampur. There is no physical damage according to the consumer. I go to lava service center to phone charging poablam my phone in waranty period but worker crrack my phone touch in phone opned and say your touch crrack and this phone is not warranty. So they are not salve my charging problem and say as so you do. So lava service worker not solve my problem and no good behave with me. You take a ligal action as soon as posible....

I purchased a lava mobile on date 09/06/2017, after used one month the mobile is not working. I asked the customer care for that problem and he suggested me that to take the phone to our service center, i went to the service center but the service center owner told that the battery was damaged and if you replace the battery than you paid the battery cost. I argued with service center owner for one year warranty claim but he refuse for claiming...

My phone was working properly when i submitted my phone to the service centre. I was under screen crack warranty. Now service center executive saying that it is damaged from mother board and you have to purchase it new. I told him please return my phone as it is before but he said that it's not working now. Please take care of it. It is not my fault. It is the fault of service center executive....

Though sim card is present my mobile is showing the sim slot as empty. It's troubling me a lot. The sim slot is detected some times but most of the time it is asking me to insert a sim though my sim card is present. I hav tried switching off my mobile atleast cases it is solving my problem most...

I bought lava iris 412 mobile, when the time of buying seller said, phone having 512 mb of internal storage for apps or rom but after buying it was only 100mb, same thing i asked to the person who sold phone to me but he said i dont know. So that is why i am complaining you about this, the phone is unable to install even one app like whatss app, amazon, so pls feel as your responsible and solve this problem...

When the phone is charged and is used continually one &two hours, then it heated and also rise temperature above 60 degree celcius, and also warn me over temperature, it is sut down automatically in 15second. Many times it is heated in half an hour. I also send to lava care after one and two month. Then it is solved for a 14 - 15 days, after then same problem create. It is hanging problems...
