I paid for Platinum package for my property advertisement on magicbrick.com on Dec 18th but since then there haven't been even a single on my ad which is quite surprising and questions on their authenticity. Moreover, I am also not allowed to make any correction to the locality given in the ad. Pathetic response from their customer support when I explained my problem. I would like refund for the money paid as it is not helping me in any way....

Frauds are encouraged and no verification is done. Magic bricks combines with these thieves to make money...

I paid my house rent of Rs[protected] + tax + conv fee) on 4th Dec 2022 in a Citi bank account via MagicBricks rent payment services. From citi bank I got to know that the account I transferred the money was closed on 5th Nov 2022 and the amount of Rs 23500 is declined instantly with below UTR #. I enquired MagicBrick multiple times to refund my amount, but I haven't received it till now.

I had quried for a home loan with MB few month back and later i changed my mind and clearly informed the lead that i am no more interested in taking the loan.

Magic Bricks are running an online cheating business. I advertised for my rental property at Rajarhat Kolkata through their portal on 21st Aug for @Rs2949 for 90days program. I started receiving emails from prospective tenants but soon started receiving promo for Assisted service. Tried to contact them several times but never got response. Also direct email from Tenants stopped coming. How easy has become online cheating in India. If anybody...

I enrolled to their prime service paying 1100 rupees considering the brand and quality.. having taken the basic plan, out of 25 properties i tried contacting, not 1 correct number or response. Every single number is invalid. And so many properties which are sold out still lying in the pool! I want my refund. magic bricks should stop their service....

I have been cheated my magicbricks, I was looking for rental apartments, and got a call from magic bricks executive and she insisted that I should buy a prime membership and per the executive who sold this plan to me, she told you will get 100% refund incase you do not property of your preference. Fraudulent company MagicBricks Don't spend money, They will push you to pay money and show you they very good company and good lead but they sending fully fake number. Please don't spend money on this site....

I am Dhandabani and I am in search of a new house. I paid Rs. 1189 (in my mothers name - M Parameswari) towards Magic Bricks Prime membership and had requested for around 3 to four contacts and after that the app was telling me that "Oops Your Contact Limit Is Over". So I sent a mail to "[protected]@magicbricks.com" and I received a response that, I have already contacted 35 owners; Wherein I have mentioned clearly in the mail, with a screenshot...

These guys will be only after you to purchase membership card. They claim your views will be more. You can contact all those who shows interest. But once payment done then no news. Neither you can check your tenant number or contact them nor your property goes on top for listing. You have to refresh it from time to time and wait for anything to happen. And the beauty is still they waill ask to take more membership even if your last membership...

I was looking for a pg/hostel on magicbricks. then I found the pg named "Tulipstays in Powai Hiranandani on MagicBricks" the name of the owner is Vi[ul Jain and the address of the PG is "Hiranandani, Powai, Maharashtra 400076" and then I received a message from the Magicbricks in which the no . the Vipul Jain was given that is [protected].
