It has been observed that from past few months our electricity bill is higher than our consumption. We have even filed a complaint in Maharashtra state electricity office ,Pune in the month of December 2010 but have not received anything from them.

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am facing the problem of mental harashment from MSEB rep Mr Jaybhaye Jr Engineer,as the team under him is not taking physical meter readings and put always either meter not working or no initial or final meter readings in the bill which results in excessive bill and no one bother for the same.

Can you help me to resolve in the same please?...

Even after payment of Electricity Bill My connection was cut yesterday. This has happened twice. I make the payments through online only. but i think there is some problem with the online bill collection centre and the recovery department. beause of this we the CUSTOMER are suffring. If they are providing the online facility then proper co-ordination between their department shuld be there. Why we shuold run behind them for MSEDCL's...

MY COMPLAINT IS REGARDING MY MOTHER PESION THAT WAS SUPPOSED TO START A LONG BACK , BUT STILL NOT STARTED YET.

MY FATHER DIED ON 23/09/2007 AND I COMPLETED THE FORMALITIES REQUIRED FOR GETTING PESION BY AROUND 5 /05/2008 . I had paid the electrical bill of May on 22.06.2010 receipt no. 2326055 and same has enclosed from than onward the next bill received in August the amount on this bill was rupees three thousand four hundred forty against meter reading 885 but in month of July reading was 231 units than how it goes directly so high.br...

I have changed my house recently in new complex at Thergaon, Chinchwad. In my electricity bill there is spelling error in my surname. It is the sole & important address proof for me. I have already submitted the application twice in last two months in MSEB office at Bijalinagr, Chinchwad, Pune along with photo ID and latest bill copy. However no action by MSEB.

My surname appears as UPADIYAYA instead o[censored]PADHYAY. Same mistake...

This is complain against Shri Vilas N Patil Resident of Dhokali Thane, he is working in MSEB office at Bhandup Mumbai. He is also working as agent for transfer of MSEB electricity meter / bill to other name and also for making of Ration Card, Driving licence. He does false promise. He charged advance amount for his works from party. but he never do any works. he had taken a lots of advance amt from people for transfer of electricity meter/bill...

I have a piece of land on which a feeder pillar has been installed without my concent, I have talked several times to the company (Jyoti Structures) representative of moving the feedr pillar ouside my property but have been given some excuse every time.
