I have lost my dolphin sim card (+91-[protected]) yesterday[protected] and request you to please block that sim in-order to avoid the misuse of sim by inappropriate people. I have already submitted the fir for the loss of sim. Please block this sim at the earliest possible and let us know if anything else required from my side...

I am using mtnl dolphin mobile number [protected] since 2006. I often face humiliation when people try to reach me out and find zero network. Mtnl became a dream job for people who don't want to work and enjoy the life and when mtnl faces losses, the mgmt reaches out to govt and beg for help package. Please provide incoming and outgoing call log for mtnl number 26124517. We would like to know if the phone is being misused by servants in our absence.
We are getting bill of rs.1000.00 even when the phone is not working properly. Would help if you could provided detailed bill for this landline number so that we can decide if we should continue with land line number or disconnect the same.

Landline not working for more than a month despite that i have received a bill for monthly rentals.
Our landline is not working since 28th june 2019, a compliant was lodged and docket no is 231, despite several complaints no positive action has been take by mtnl on the contrary i have received invoice for july 2019 charging monthly rentals, even when landline was not working for entire july 2019...

Please disconnect above said postpaid dolphin no. As i have not using this no. From a long time and the related sim was also misplaced. I have to pay unnecessary bill for the mobile service which i am not using from long time and payment of bills is a financial loss to me
Please disconnect and close aforesaid mobile service to save me from paying unnecessary bills in future....

Please remove the mtnl pole which is in oure-4 street no. 1 (In band gali) subhash vihar north ghonda delhi-53. This is causing a lot of problems in our society. There is no active connection on this pole. There is already a pole exist for mtnl just 10 m away from this pole.

1. Fire threatning because of clutter of cables on this pole which is used by local cable and broadband operators

I am a cardiac patient and a senior citizen, i had 2 mtnl landline the other number was 22816863 whereby i was a loyal customer.

Dear customer, your tel no. T22724083 with complaint no.337 has been booked under cable breakdown. The fault is expected to get rectify shortly. Was received one week after five days of trying to reach mtnl complaint numbers 1500, 1504, 198, 197 but none is getting picked up. It has been now 15 days since phone is dead and no response is coming from mtnl side, truly worst way of handling things...

My broadband connection of tel no 24122426 of mtnl mumbai is frequently disconnects from last one month i had made complaints several times online and telephoniclly to wadala telephone exchange mumbai and mtnl toll free no. On 27th june, i paid my mtnl bill through netbanking, the money got deducted from my account, but in the final page to show payment status, it said "oops something went wrong" however the money did not get reimbursed into my account.

My Internet Connection is deactivated from 19th June 2019.
I have paid the Bills till upto date. After repeated complain also it is not activated. I have given complain on self care portal. After one day is SMS is coming saying your issues are resolved. This happens 4 to 5 times.
when i send email to Grievances cell. Its returned as the mail box is full.

I had submitted my papers for closure of the above Telephone requesting refund of the Security Deposit paid by me on March 12, 2019 along with the necessary documents, like my Bank A/c details.

So far I have not received the refund in spite of the mandatory period of 3 months.

Our MTNL[protected] was disconnected approx 2 months ago. All dues were cleared and instrument was also submitted along with the application.
All rules have been followed as asked by the MTNL employee for disconnection.

It's been 2 months now, we have not received refund. Every time contact they says wait for 15 days.
Please help to look into this. Thanks...
