Mahanagar Telephone Nigam [MTNL] Complaints & Reviews

I have not opted for any of ocs service. But i have been debited 10/- rs. For it. I am continuously receving updates which are unwanted. I am fed up of the continuous updates which are if no use to me. I hope that i get my complaint resolved. My mobile number is [protected]. Or else i have to take legal action against the mtnl, advocate shilpa chandrashekhar naik....

I have mtnl mobile number registered in mumbai. I stay at badlapur near the vadlapur bsnl telrphone exchange area.
I have been getting very good network on my mobile years together. But recently i have problem of getting connectivity of mobile network. Now since last 2 days, network of my mtnl mobile is zero whereas there is no problem of my other mobile number of bsnl. Why mtnl network is having problems when the same tower is used...

Si r my land line is very often faulty and i am unable to make phone calls it is now very noisy and so cant get dial tone nor make calls please do the needful also how do i make a complaint on mobile phone what is the code and the landline faulty telephone complaint no. This happens very often and it takes ages for anyone to attend to it, i often wonder why i keep this connection all my freinds have got ride of this headache this is how they...

Broadband connection[protected] facing problem of not opening the windows since[protected]. 1504 helpline has removed option 9 which was helpful in getting the problem resolved online itself. I booked my complaint no. 1671 on 14.11.2018 morning but no response till 12.40pm on 15.11.2018.

Looks mtnl mumbai does not want to serve its customers.

This is my last post before switching over to another service provider....

After repeated complaints to kalwa telehone exchange in writing and online complaints the above telephone is not restored since april 2018.
Bills have been duly generated and paid by us.
Request you to restore the deadline if not stop issuing the bills for dead line.
If the line is not possible to restore please disconnect the line and refund the deposit....

My mobile number is [protected]. Without my consent, ocsbox services are activated and deducting the money every month. This is a unfair practices of the service provider. Please deactivate ocsbox services on my mobile. For 2 days, rs.10 have been deducting. This is happening every month. If the services are not stopped, i am forced to approach consumer forum with a complaint....

On 1st november i submitted an application with commercial officer in chembur for release of my telephone connection no. 25 25 36 80 and accordingly the work order no 1481 was issued, but it took 5 solid days to get the connection on the pretext that there is a cable fault. Inspite of our repeated request my net is not working and disconnects very frequently every day. Since last july 2017 we are facing the problems. On my mobile ocsbox is getting activated on its own. First rs.7 charged then today again 10 are deducted. I have never ever subscribed any vas still some time some charges to download fun video.
I request you to curb all this nonsense and return all the money deducted by this way.

Dear sir,

This is to inform you that there is an empty telephone pole in front of our building (Rz-i-21/1, mahavir encalve, nr. Jyoti bakery, nd-45) which is of no use. There is no active connection on this pole. It is causing a lot of difficulties.

Issues because of this pole:

1. Difficulties in taking in and out of four wheelers

2. Space issue as because of this only one 4 wheeler...

M., as per your instruction sunday qcs open for for payment to customer facility but cash counter sitting lady employee refused to accept cash on sunday only cheque accepted at gamdevi exchange qcs centre in reply she threatening to my govt. Mtnl is charging me for mm ocsbox service which i have not activated. Weekly rs 7 is being cut for the service. I have not activated this service and my balance is going waste like this.
You cannot activate any service directly like this without asking the customer.
There is also no option available to cancel this.
Cancel this service immediately and refund all my balance which is cut....

I am getting msg from mtnl

1 from mm celeg... Cutting rs 3 every two days for fb video... Which i have never asked... Drained my recharge. I went and complained at mtnl customer service and did dnd... On friday
Yet they cut my money on saturday and just now today.

Sending me joke and charging.

I even spoke to their call center number and complained. However...

My dolphin no [protected] is not working since friday morning.
I have complaint about the same on friday night then again saturday morning then saturday afternoon.
There after i had to get up and go to mtnl office at prabhadevi. Where i was asked to changed the sim card. I did that on saturday afternoon 4 pm. Still my dolphin nber not working.
I tried to even select network manually, but it says that dolphin network...

On Sunday 07 Sept 2018 I saw message "Your renewal of funbazaar videos Rs.5/3days. will be on 8th September 2018 and if you want to unsubscribe and STOP FUN5 to 5494900"I immediately tried to send message but it couldn't sent showing error message Hence I searched Funbazaar services on intense and found telephone no 155223. I immediately dialled that and register ed complaint.But on 8th September 2018 again Rs5 were deducted as subscription...

Dear concern person,

MTNL has deducted 60 rupees for WAP service without any information for mobile no [protected], everyone I receive sms after deduction and every time time I call customer care and they just apologise and say they have activated the DND and I received DND confirmation SMS every time but still every week they deduct 10 rs for any new WAP service, as per TRAI rules no telecom service provider can deduct any...

Most of the time my dolphin sim shows no network, whensoever i want to make urgent calls it shows that there exists no sim card or there are no networks. I am so diappointed regarding that. I made several complaints to resolve this issue but after 2-3 weeks it starts reoccuring again that is i am not able to receive networks for the whole day. I want you to rectify it as soon as possible....
