The bus is very noisy while running on roads. All the passengers travelling are troubled by the noise. Even the senior citizens travelling in bus are having ear issues.This can damage the ears of passengers travelling.

I was traveling from pune to satara bus no. MH13CU7258 time for the bus was 4.30 from swargate Date:- 12th june, 2023 and i borded from katraj the bus was running late and driver was not driving properly and was faster so i hope you would warn the alloted person for harsh driving.

When I was going to my village I boarded Latur Agar bus from Pandharpur bus stand, the bus left from the stand, when the bus exited from Pandharpur I didn't have 25 rupees spare for the ticket so I paid 50 rupees and said to give Khardi ticket but they didn't give Khardi ticket.He Gave tickets to Sangola. When I asked him why he did this, he said that there is no stop in Khardi, so I said that before boarding the bus, then he said the opposite....

Online website has a technical issue while booking ticket for ladies concession quota. While booking amount gets deducted however ticket does not get confirm. When try to contact their Customer care or technical assistance number, no one response on the numbers....

I am writing to bring to your attention an issue I encountered while attempting to book tickets through the official website of MSRTC for my journey from Jamkhed to Pune on 8 May 2023.

On the mentioned date, I made a booking through the website and an amount of Rs. 1, 035 was debited from my account. However, I did not receive any confirmation for the booking, and my tickets were not issued. I waited for the stipulated 7 working...

I'm srushti sushil jajoo...was travelling through kolhapur to swargate bus on 25th may 2023, bus no. 3789.
The purse was light pink colour with a elephant on it .
I lost it around karad, malkapur .
There was pan card, aadhar card, atm card, pen drive and cash of about 300-400 ruppes .
Please help me find my purse as i had my important documents in it ....

Dear Team,
I am continuously travelling from panvel to shriwardhan. In this journey when I wait for shriwardhan bus in panvel station, due to the local crowd like pen, nagothane, barpada, vadkhal public get priority first in shriwardhan since they are rust. Due to this direct passenger from panvel to shriwardhan don't get seat in shriwardhan bus.
There are literally another 2 hr bus will come for shriwardhan and if direct...

I am writing this formal complaint to bring to your attention a distressing incident that occurred on 26 march 2023 while I was traveling on one of your buses. I would like to express my deep dissatisfaction and concern regarding the behavior of one of your bus conductors, who not only engaged in a heated argument with me but resorted to physical assault by slapping me on the face.
