call regarding non-payment of commission to agent

I got a call from vivek rastogi ([protected]) who asked me to complain to rashmi tyagi ([protected]) if i didn't want to give the agent commission for my policies. Today again rashmi tyagi called with complete details about my policies and the exact commission payable.

She gave me two options:
1. Undergo a training program and replace my agent number with the current one.

regarding calls from call center

Repeated response, reminder that has no effect.

How can maxlife give one number to different policies.

premium paid but not received by max life

I paid premium after I received a call from Max and send an IMPS payment via SBI Netbanking to Axis Bank Uttam Nagar Branch. I got a call from Manish, who introduced himself from Finance Dept, Max Life. I paid 46354/- as premium for policy no.[protected] on 15/09/2018
Mr Manish asked me to pay discounted premium.
Now I found out it turned out to be hoax call. I want refund of my money back to my account.I have already filed police...
