I had placed an order of a denim jean on 21st july,2012 vied order ID-198901. As per my selection it was a combo offer at the rate of rs 399.I had ordered for a jeans blue in colour,size-32
and I had to get a austin polo club wrist watch free.

I have received my ordered item now only and I found that it is surely a loacal/poor quality jeans as well as the wrist watch I got is of a different brand(even if there is one)...

I have place a order through www.mginger.com, a formal combo paint shirt of Rs 899 on 21 July 2012,through Debit card Payment and the payment is confirm.
they promise the order delivery in 5-6 working days, but till 31 July no delivery of product.
When I track order regularly till today the status becomes PRERARING TO SHIP.

I want to contact with phone and mail, but the phone line is always engaged and no answer...
