Dear Respected Sir,

I have submitted one device at D.R.Telecom (Submission date 12th Jan 2016) which is located at Shop No: - 5, 6&7, Gr Floor, Radhey Shaym Complex, Dattapada Road, Opp Platform No 8 Borivali West Mumbai 400092, last more than 2 months and still pending till dated.

We have lots of time calls, Service Center, Mr Santosh Shinde (ASI), Mr Chetan Naik (RSM), but didn't found any positive reply.br...

The above fdr has already maturted on 19/04/2015.and i have not got the maturity amount till this date and i have invested through kumar financial co ltd. but they are not given any response, i have written 2 to 3 letters t the company address but there is no reply and also call at there landline number but it is out of order.so i want to know wheter the company is ther and shall i will get my money or not....

I have invested Rs.100000/- in this company on one year Fixed Deposit which expired on 23.08.2013. Till date, the interest and the maturity proceeds are not returned even after surrendering the FD receipt duly signed to the company and neither the company, nor Bajaj Capital who recommended this investment is taking any action to secure refund of money.
