The same was in warranty period. it was more than 20 days I have submitted to them, still they have not returned me the phone nor they are telling me the exact date when it is going to be repaired...

Hi, I was using a Micromax handset A350, from last one year. Everything was perfect about the brand till i had some charging issues with the set. I went to a goodwill center of micromax. They said the phone need to be submitted as the charging point is damaged and they need to change the connector. I asked for a replacement handset for use till my phone will be repaired. There behaviour with customers is really rude, they are thinking like they areone one ceo of micromax, when i ask something they reply ask to manager, they gave back my tab after 1 n half month that too fully scratched... Dear micromax team, please note that we pitchased one phone of micromax d320b from malviya nagar showroom also extended the warranty for more 1 year on 8.7.2015. Since than the phone is having lots of different kind of problems. We submitted in your noida sector 27 service centre( satguru commincation) . As per them they have sent the phone to factory 2 times but after repair again the problems are coming nd now phone is getting switch on...
