The phone micromax canvas nitro a311 suddenly stopped working and stopped responding to touch. The phone was not damaged in any way(neither dropped nor put in water). When taken to authorized service center of micromax. they say the phone has been damaged due to water, which is not true, and are also saying that there has been a short circuit in the touch pad mechanics. I want to complain about service center, 3 months back I had given my Micromax Canvas Knight A350, white colour phone for repairing, there was a battery and charging issue.
