[Resolved]  Mobikwik — Recharge Failed

Dear Sir, We have made Recharge for My reliance CDMA Prepaid No. [protected] and the Amount of Rs.75/- was debited in my Account, but Data Recharge was not successfully credited in my Mobile No. And amount also not refunded to my account. Kindly Note our Transaction ID:[protected]

After posting my complaint against Mobikwik today, I got a fake call from +91-[protected] with below details:

Name: Rahul Kumar Gupta

Organisation: Consumer forum mobikwik.com customer care

asking me for my bank card details for cashback against my complaint reported at Mobikwik and consumer forum but after some time during conversation I felt him as a fraud caller also as per true caller app in my android smartphone his number shown as Fake Bihar.

He told me that he is from Mobikwik, Mumbai having department in Bihar.

When I googled this number [protected], found many complaints as a fraud caller So all friends be aware from these type of fake callers and frauds.

I request to responsible authorities to kindly take appropriate actions against this fake caller.

I have tried to recharge my number but every time i get same error message that sorry we are unable to process your request, i have raised ticket earlier also but problem was not solved yet, so i want to get the wallet money back to my account, kindly process asap.

Dear Mobikwik Today I was paying my BSES bill payment by ICICI debit card it was not success there was a error from your side, my balance is credit in your violet, amount 4800/- please refund my Money in my account

e wallet does not show deducted amount

i have rechargd rs 160 to my no [protected] which was failed and money went to e-wallet, from that Rs 160 i rechargd 70 and rest money was in e-walle but after a week my walllet does not show money

my credit card debited but my wallet is not credited

Walet Mony Not Update

I deposited Rs.200/- with Mobikwik on 27.10.2014. I created a Wallet Balance online, however i have not received any response from them.I have requested Mobikwik to refund my Rs.200/- Their Mob No-[protected]

My transaction of Rs.8000 got debited but the money was not added to my wallet?
